The New Cities nominated at l'ADISQ & new shows

Hey everyone ! We forgot a really important thing to post, so you guys may all already know, but our favorite guys has been nomited at l'ADISQ ( a big Quebec award show ) for the Anglo Album Of The Year ! You can also find in this categorie : Bobby Bazini, Champion, We Are Wolves and Nikki Yanofsky. IMPORTANT : If you want to watch this award show, make sure that you watch the right one! Because indeed, there is two different show, the first one called "L'autre Gala" is where they congratulate mostly the Albums and people who work for the artists. The New Cities will be in this show and it will air on November 1st on Musique Plus and Musimax. If you want to watch the other too, it will air on November 7th on Radio-Canada.

Presale tickets for MuchMusic's SodaPop Tour featuring The New Cities and also Emily Osment, Jesse Labelle, Danny Fernandes and Alyssa Reid go on sale tomorrow, Friday, April 16th!
The official tour kicks off on Friday, June 5 and tickets go on sale to the general public next Monday, so get them while they are hot!

It's official ! The New Cities will be part of the Vans Warped Tour 2010 this summer ! There is only 2 dates though :

- Toronto, ON July 9th
- Montreal, QC July 10th

The New Cities at L'Univers MusiquePlus @ Club Soda

Yesterday, The New Cities was playing at the Club Soda in Montreal. A big show that everybody was waiting for and Musique Plus was there to talk with guys before the show. The interview was made IN the Club Soda with ALL the fans around! As we can see in the video, the fans are insane! A great moment for our guys of Trois-Rivières! :) Click here to watch the video!

Ya, The New Cities just posted some new tour dates for this fall! They will be touring with Marianas Trench! These are the first dates, more will be posted in the mean time. M pour Montreal!

Yesterday, The New Cities was on the Quai du Vieux-Port de Montreal to perfom on the event M pour Montreal. Here's a video where you could see some pictures and some clips from their perfomance! Seems like a big party to me! ;)

David Desrosiers from Simple Plan playing with TNC

Hey TNC/SP fans! On August 14th, The New Cities was playing at the Gananocque Music Fest with Simple Plan. During their performance, David Desrosiers from Simple Plan came to play "Look Minus Substance" with them on...the drum! Check this video!

Hey guys! So, we don't have many news about the band right now, but we know that they had meetings a couple days ago(so they might have new stuff soon!) and they are having some days off too. Anyhoo, here's 3 videos I just found to fill the lack of news! ;)

The first video is an interview at Calgary Stampede on July 6. (In the end, it's hard to hear something, because a band was playing in the same time. But, its still a good interview.)



The second video is when TNC played Dead End Countdown AND we can see David lifted up his t-shirt!!



And, the third video is a cover of Dead End Countdown played on piano! It's AWESOME! Check this out!

If you remember, The New Cities opened (with Stereos too) yesterday for Katy Perry at the Molson Amphiteatre in Toronto ! They were really happy to share the stage with her! David also took a picture with her, but we haven't see it yet. Let's ask him to post it! :)

The New Cities @ Virgin Fest Toronto

Recently, Julien announced that they will be perfoming at the Virgin Festival in Toronto! Yet, we don't know if they are going play on August 29th or 30th. When we will have more details, we'll let you know! :)
