Him and his class went to Cuba to celebrate it (as you can see in the photo ). Don't you think that Philippe is looking really hot there? ;)
Unfortunately, I think it's more of a running gag for Phil as a policeman! If you read the comments related to the picture and what he commentented on other's pictures... yes. lol. And also, all the signs they are doing on the picture!
